Director of Business Operations & Strategy

BACKUP North West is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee business support, HR, finance and compliance. You will line-manage two managers, report to the CEO, and ensure contracts, audits and grant funding conditions are met.

You will work with the COO and Directors to deliver high quality services, manage budgets, and develop policies, training and governance across the charity. The role is based at Head Office in Bolton with a focus on operational excellence.
