Job Description n Fund Accountant – Private Capital n Location: Glasgow n Contract: 6 months initially, Inside IR35 The Rolen Join a Private Capital Fund Accounting team, providing fund valuation and accounting services to private capital funds, ensuring compliance with fund documentation, client SLAs, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilitiesn n n n Prepare and review Financial Statements (IFRS, UK GAAP, US GAAP) n Prepare valuations, reconciliations, drawdowns, distributions, accruals and expenses n Double-entry bookkeeping and cash reconciliation n Prepare investor capital statements and IRR calculations n Liaise with clients, auditors and internal teams; attend client/audit meetings n Ensure client SLAs and internal deadlines are met n Support process/checklist improvements and control documentation n Support system/platform implementation and change activity n n nWhat We’re Looking Forn Essential: n n Financial services experience, ideally fund accounts preparation (private capital preferred) n Fully or part qualified (ACCA/ACA or similar) preferred; currently studying will also be considered n Strong numerical skills and excellent Excel proficiency n Highly organised with excellent attention to detail n Strong communicator, team player, able to meet deadlines n n Desirable: n n Understanding of private capital fund structures (GP/LP/Feeder) n Awareness of private capital industry standards and regulations n Experience in a multi-national environment n n Guidant, Carbon60, Lorien & SRG – The Impellam Group Portfolio are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
