You will become a trusted mentor, role model, advocate and guide, helping young people develop the skills, resilience, and confidence they need to progress into education, employment, and independence.n nIf you are empathetic, resilient, and driven to make a real impact, this is your opportunity to transform lives and shape futures.n nSome of the key responsibilities include:n n- Deliver one-to-one and small-group mentoring sessions often in the community or in the young persons home.n n- Help young people manage challenges and develop positive behaviours.n n- Support young people with their wellbeing.n n- Deliver a pre-agreed curriculum, including Functional Skills Maths & English, Art, Change Workshops, and Careers sessions. Work with young people from Pre-Entry Level to Level 2.n n- Create high-quality teaching materials and schemes of work that motivate and challenge each young person.
