Community Rehab Support Worker — Empower Independence

East Sussex County Council’s Joint Community Rehabilitation service is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help Sue regain independence at home, with tasks from personal care to therapy exercises and emotional support.

Candidates should be able to talk with clients and advocates, work calmly within a team, and have a driving licence with car access. Permanent contracts offer 6–30 hours weekly, with 24–30 hour apprenticeships, pro-rata salaries from £27,709 to £28,153.
