Flexible Bank Support Worker – Oxford Area

CareTech Community Services is recruiting Bank Support Workers to provide flexible support across services in Oxford and surrounding areas. The role offers shift flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, to support adults with diverse needs.

Ideal candidates are caring, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team, with basic IT skills and a willingness to pursue a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care. DBS check is required.
