Care Assistant (On-site, Part-time 16h) – Support Seniors

McCarthy Stone is seeking a Care Assistant at Jenner Court in Cheltenham to provide compassionate support to residents in a single on-site location.

This part-time role (16 hours per week) offers focused duties, training and benefits, with emphasis on helping older adults live independently and stay active.

You’ll work early and late shifts, some weekends, and no travel between calls, within a welcoming, purpose-built retirement community.
