Home Visit Caregiver (Driver) — Flexible Hours

Routes Healthcare is seeking a Care Assistant – Driver with Own Vehicle to visit clients in their homes across Holmfirth and surrounding areas. You will deliver person‑centred care and support with daily living tasks, while travelling between visits during your shift.

We offer full‑time or part‑time hours, with shift patterns across weekdays and weekends. Mileage is paid at 30p per mile. A valid UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK are essential; training and support are provided.
