Senior Residential Child Care Lead | Safeguard & Develop Youth

Lancashire County Council is recruiting a Senior Residential Child Care Worker to lead a team of RCCWs and support young people in care. The role focuses on safeguarding, care delivery, and personal development within a dynamic residential service.

You will work on a rota including days, evenings, weekends and sleep-in shifts, with scope to develop care and education plans while promoting excellent practice and outcomes for children.
