Special School Nurse – Champion for Kids’ Health

Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Special School Nurse (Band 5 or 6) to deliver specialist health care for children in the Ealing special schools. The role requires autonomous working and leadership for HCA’s, with a Monday–Friday, 8.00–16.00, term-time pattern.

You will collaborate with families, school staff and partners to improve health outcomes and support children to reach their full potential across home, community and school settings.
