Job Description:
NELFT NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 5 Community Nurse to support the Thurrock district nursing team. This is a physical-nursing role, welcoming registered adult nurses or final-year students for a comprehensive induction and preceptorship.
You will work in patients’ homes and residential care settings, liaising with GPs and other professionals to deliver individualised care under supervision. The post includes a probationary period and a local induction on starting.
