Therapeutic Residential Care Worker – Youth

Esland seeks a compassionate Residential Support Worker to help empower young people in our Newport-area home. You will build trusting relationships, support daily living, supervise activities and excursions, and contribute to personalised education plans in a nurturing, therapeutic environment.

Applicants must have a UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK, be aged 21 or over, and ideally have childcare or youth-work experience.
