Temporary Residential Care Assistant — Flexible Shifts

Essex County Council is seeking a committed care worker for a temporary, part-time role at Longwood Place Residential in Langdon Hills, Basildon. You will cover sickness/annual leave and work shifts across a 24-hour cycle, including weekends and bank holidays. Training is provided and induction paid.

You must have care experience or a strong willingness to learn, with a person-centred approach and flexibility to travel around Essex.
