Senior Children’s Residential Caregiver (Therapeutic Home)

Esland is seeking a Senior Children’s Residential Support Worker to deliver high-quality childcare in a therapeutic, person-centred environment in Barnsley. You will build trustful relationships, support domestic needs, education, and social activities for up to two young people in a residential setting.

Ideal candidates have at least 12 months in residential care, a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, a UK driving licence, and a strong understanding of Ofsted standards.
