Family Support Worker – Impactful Early Help (Flexible Hours)

Lancashire County Council’s Early Help Service – Education and Children’s Services is seeking a Family Support Worker to work in Hyndburn & Ribble Valley. You’ll manage a caseload, develop tailored plans for families, and collaborate with schools and partner agencies to deliver joined-up support.

With a Level 3 qualification or substantial experience, you will assess needs, plan actions, and maintain accurate records, while keeping safeguarding, equality, and health and safety at the forefront.
