Independent IBA Specialist: Insurance Accounting Lead

HFG are currently representing an established independent insurance broker to recruit an experienced IBA Technician. The role takes ownership of day-to-day IBA function, managing client and insurer cash flows, reconciliations and settlements.

The successful candidate will work autonomously with support during handover and will interact with senior stakeholders to resolve account queries and improve IBA processes.
