Facilities Maintenance Technician: Hands-On & Growth

Encore is seeking an on-site maintenance professional to manage first-line upkeep across its UK sites. You will respond to routine repair requests, monitor facilities, and propose improvements in collaboration with the Buildings & Logistics manager or Director.

The role requires practical knowledge of decorating, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, plus experience with hand and electrical tools. Valid driving license and strong communication are essential.
