Healthcare Food & Cleaning Team Leader

Equans in Portsmouth is seeking a Food and Cleaning Team Leader to oversee housekeeping and patient services at Queen Alexandra Hospital. The role covers cleaning, patient food and beverage service with rostering, recruitment, induction, training and performance monitoring.

The successful candidate will ensure ward-level service standards, compliance with NHS plans, and maintain quality through daily inspections and PMS-driven reporting.
