Despatch Operative – Frozen Warehouse (Rotating Shifts)

Pilgrim’s Europe is seeking a Despatch Operative to join our Grantham site. You will unload inbound vehicles, load outbound shipments, and move stock within the warehouse and freezer using pallet trucks or Reach Truck where authorised.

Responsibilities include picking, replenishment, stock rotation, accurate paperwork, and maintaining temperatures. The role requires attention to detail, safety focus, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
