Education Support Worker — Flexible Hours & CPD

Harlow College is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our learning support team in Harlow. This is a permanent, term-time role (36 hours per week across 36 weeks per year) supporting learners with learning difficulties to access education and move toward independence.

You will work under delivery staff or external employers to provide practical guidance, personal care support and targeted training, in both classroom and off-site settings.
