GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead our Mossend operation on a night shift from 22:00 to 07:00, on a 5-from-7 basis in a full-time, permanent role.
You will drive productivity, quality, safety and customer service while collaborating with the Warehouse and Transport Manager. Key responsibilities include coaching colleagues, managing performance, monitoring KPIs and ensuring a safe, efficient shift handover process.
