You will own the complete online customer journey—from discovery to purchase, retention and advocacy, and you will build CRM-driven lifecycle programs to deepen customer relationships across channels.

You will own the Shopify roadmap, drive acquisition via Google Ads, Meta Ads, paid search and social, oversee SEO, and ensure a consistent brand voice.
