GTM Activation Marketing Lead – Workday Solutions

Kainos is seeking a GTM Activation Marketing Manager to lead the activation strategy and integrated campaigns for the Workday Product BU. You will translate commercial priorities into high-impact, multi-channel programmes and ensure strong alignment with Sales and SDR teams to drive pipeline and growth.

You will partner with Product Marketing, Alliances, and Marketing Operations to optimise campaigns, messaging and ROI while coordinating with stakeholders across a matrixed environment.
