Paxman Academy in Colchester is seeking an Attendance Assistant to support student success. This role requires you to be highly organised and detail oriented, and to contribute to a collaborative and stimulating environment for staff, students and the wider community.
You will manage student registers daily in the MIS, communicate with parents about absences or lateness, monitor late arrivals, and support the Attendance Officer with administrative duties.
