Cafe Supervisor: Specialty Coffee Lead & Brand Ambassador

Mary Rush Care Ltd in Sunderland is seeking an experienced barista to become store supervisor at our artisan doughnut and speciality coffee business. You will take ownership of your location, uphold Deep North standard, and report to senior management.

The role requires passion for specialty coffee, latte art, staff training, excellent customer service, and the ability to lead a small team. Weekend and some public holidays work, plus opportunities for promotion and company events.
