Senior Building Control Lead: Compliance & Safety

Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is seeking a Senior Building Control Technician to lead a team of Building Control Technicians and oversee key processes within the Building Control service. You will supervise applications, notices and certifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with ISO 9001 standards.

You will manage the Building Safety Levy, financial processes and enforcement actions, while monitoring customer enquiries and performance data to drive service improvements.
