Cafe Manager: Drive Service & Team Excellence

Morrisons Cafés are looking for a proactive supervisor to lead a welcoming, vibrant Café in-store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll drive outstanding service, keep stock availability high, and ensure every customer leaves happy.

You’ll manage shift rotas, attendance, and training to help colleagues grow. You’ll work with other store departments to run operations smoothly and help the team hit sales and service targets.
