Skincare Counter Manager Lead, Coach & Grow Sales

Boots UK is seeking a Liz Earle Counter Manager to lead the counter at our store, advising customers on skincare and taking responsibility for the counter and team. Based on the Liz Earle counter, you will report to the Regional Business Manager.

You will coach your team to hit sales targets, deliver personalised consultations, and ensure the counter looks its best to showcase Liz Earle products. The role includes the 12-month Skin School program and opportunities for flexible working.
