Lifeguard – Full-Time with Free Leisure Access & Training

Serco is recruiting on behalf of Shropshire Community Leisure Trust for a full-time Lifeguard at Quarry Swimming & Fitness Centre. You’ll ensure pool safety, assist visitors, and participate in delivering a welcoming, healthy environment for the community.

The role requires strong swimming, excellent customer service, and a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification. You’ll work a rota across 5 out of 7 days with competitive benefits and opportunities for development.
