Vaccination Call Centre Agent – Consent & Booking

Vaccination UK Ltd is seeking a Call Centre Agent to support the immunisation programme, handling inbound and outbound calls to book vaccinations and improve uptake. The role operates weekdays with 7.5 hour shifts during the flu season, under supervision of the Line Manager.

Requirements include GCSE level, GDPR awareness, and prior call centre experience; bilingual English is mandatory, with good written and verbal communication and a professional telephone manner.
