Moss is seeking a Brand Ambassador to interact with a broad range of customers and provide outstanding service in-store. You will promote bespoke styling options and ensure every customer journey exceeds expectations, driving loyalty and repeat visits.
You will use your knowledge of Hire, Custom Made, Retail, Alterations, and Ship from Store to tailor experiences, while supporting stockroom duties and delivering Moss service excellence daily.
