About the Service
Woolston is a welcoming Supported Living home for four people with learning and physical disabilities, including people with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD). The home offers a comfortable, homely environment where people receive personalised support to live fulfilling lives.
This is a female-only role due to the personal care needs of the people we support. This is an occupational requirement under the Equality Act 2010.
- £12.71 per hour + £1.00 per hour night enhancement
- Permanent – 24 hours per week
- 2 days on, 3 days off rolling rota

As a Night Support Worker, you’ll support people with learning disabilities to live safely and independently in their own home. You’ll provide person-centred support that promotes dignity, choice and inclusion, helping each person feel safe, respected and valued throughout the night.
Working Pattern
24 hours per week on a two-week rolling rota.
Week 1
- Monday: 10:00pm – 10:00am
- Friday: 10:00pm – 10:00am
Week 2
- Saturday: 10:00pm – 10:00am
- Sunday: 10:00pm – 10:00am
£12.71 per hour
Permanent 24 hour contract
3 on / 3 off rolling rota
