Waking Night Support Worker – Children’s Residential Care

Homes2Inspire, part of the Shaw Trust Group, is recruiting a Waking Night Support Worker for the Bedford, MK40 area to help care for children and young people in a residential setting.

The role involves night-time routines, safeguarding, coordinating with day staff, and supporting life skills development while staying calm in challenging situations.

Full-time, 40 hours per week with 5 nights on, 5 off, 9pm–8am; comprehensive training funded and a competitive salary plus benefits.
