Warehouse and Goods In Operative

We are looking for a Warehouse & Goods-In Operative on behalf of our client in the Stanley area. The role involves receiving, checking, storing and distributing materials while maintaining accurate stock records and a safe warehouse environment.Please double check you have the right level of experience and qualifications by reading the full overview of this opportunity below.Monday to Friday rotating shifts:- 6am-2pm – 2pm-10pmRates to be discussed upon applicationOvertime paid time and halfExcellent induction and training providedCar parkingTemp – perm opportunities available following a successful 13 week periodKey Responsibilities

• Unload and check incoming deliveries
• Check quantities and quality of goods and report any discrepancies or issues.
• Complete and process delivery documentation correctly.
• Store materials in the correct warehouse locations.
• Pick and distribute materials to production as required.
• Carry out stock movements and assist with stock counts.
• Maintain stock accuracy and ensure good warehouse housekeeping.
• Follow all company health and safety procedures.

Essential Requirements

• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and work safely as part of a team.

Desirable

• FLT Reach licence or experience.
• Manufacturing or production environment experience.
• Experience with warehouse/stock control systems
