In this Procurement Manager role, you will lead end-to-end sourcing activities within a regulated public-sector environment, partnering with senior stakeholders to shape supplier strategy and deliver commercial savings. You’ll manage multi-million-pound programmes across a broad corporate services portfolio, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure governance and compliance. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement activities within a regulated PCR 2015 environment
• Develop and deliver sourcing strategies and tender documentation
• Run competitive tenders outside of frameworks with full ownership
• Negotiate contracts and drive measurable commercial savings
• Collaborate with and influence stakeholders across functions and regions
• Contribute to category strategy development and continuous improvement
• At senior level, lead large programmes and manage complex supplier relationships

Key requirements

• Public sector procurement experience essential
• Proven end-to-end tendering experience outside of a framework
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Solid understanding of PCR 2015 / regulated procurement environments
• Knowledge of regulated or reclassified procurement environments (desirable)
