Senior Roofing Estimator – East London

Overview

In this role you shape cost plans and bids for roofing projects within a reputable contractor. You’ll work with the contracts team to price packages, review designs, and monitor installation post-award. You’ll analyse plans, manage material costs, and prepare variations and final accounts to ensure projects meet budget and schedule. Responsibilities

• package tendering and pricing for roofing schemes
• design meetings with contracts team
• post-award site visits to monitor installation
• analyse plans to prioritise cost drivers
• material costing, quotations, variations, and final accounts
• review, evaluate, prioritise and manage workload

Key requirements

• 5+ years’ experience as a Senior Roofing Estimator
• self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• good knowledge of flat roofing
