Overview
You drive the firm’s total reward strategy within a people-first culture. You will lead development and delivery of reward capabilities, collaborating with HR, Finance and senior stakeholders to support growth and engagement. The role combines reviewing reward frameworks, enhancing benefits, and guiding compensation processes with data-led insights. You will play a key part in the Workday transition, bringing hands-on expertise and influence at senior levels. This is an opportunity to shape reward governance and transformation across the organisation.

Responsibilities
- Lead development and delivery of the total reward offering
- Partner with senior stakeholders across HR, Finance and the wider business
- Review and enhance reward frameworks
- Evaluate and improve employee benefits
- Support annual compensation processes
- Provide data-led insights to inform business decisions
- Support the transition to Workday and leverage its capabilities
- Present reward data and recommendations to senior leadership to influence decisions
- Drive continuous improvement across reward governance and related initiatives
Key requirements
- Experienced reward professional with background in compensation, benefits, job evaluation, salary benchmarking and reward analytics
- Ideally gained in a professional services environment
- Comfortable presenting data and recommendations to senior leadership
- Ability to influence decision-making and support transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of or experience with Workday is highly advantageous
