Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of private family matters
• Handle divorce and separation, financial remedy, child arrangements, and cohabitation disputes
• Collaborate with barristers, experts and other professionals
• Support business development activities
• Mentor junior team members as the team expands

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Family Lawyer
• Minimum 2 years’ Family Law experience
• Strong technical knowledge of private family law
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Commercially minded with an interest in business development
• Organised, proactive and able to manage your own caseload
• Comfortable working within a technology-driven environment
