Overview
In this role you will lead delivery of a large residential scheme in North West London, from demolition through to final handover, coordinating site teams and ensuring RC frame/high rise workmanship meets high standards. You will work within a growing main contractor that values community impact and environmental considerations. The project involves 380+ apartments across multiple storeys with outdoor spaces, requiring strong leadership and flawless site execution. This is a hands-on role with a clear impact on project quality, schedule and client satisfaction. You will drive safe, efficient construction in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Delivery of residential scheme from inception to completion
- Lead and motivate full site teams on a high-rise RC frame project
- Manage site activities from demolition through groundworks and piling
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality and programme requirements
- Coordinate with stakeholders and maintain site logistics for multi-storey blocks
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and environmental considerations
- Liaise with subcontractors and supply chain to meet milestones
- Monitor progress and report on site performance
Key requirements
- Track record delivering similar residential schemes
- RC frame / High rise project experience
- Experience with reputable house builder
- Excellent all-round construction knowledge
- Strong man management and leadership of site teams
- First Aid, SMSTS, CSCS
- Able to commute to North West London daily
