Technology Support Director, Risk Engagement

Responsibilities

• Set reuse-first expectations for enterprise-authorized AI adoption in support operations with human-in-the-loop validation and data sensitivity handling
• Establish governance standards for AI-assisted workflows in incident/problem/change processes with traceability and security alignment
• Advise on cross-domain incident, problem, and change management to improve operational resilience
• Use observability and diagnostics to analyze recurring issues, test root-cause hypotheses, and guide sustainable remediation
• Lead technical investigations to identify root causes and coordinate actions for resolution

Key requirements

• Formal training or certification in IT services concepts and advanced applied experience
• Experience leading enterprise-authorized AI use within production support workflows, including validation and data sensitivity awareness
• Ability to define AI review/approval and escalation for operational, security, and auditability outcomes
• Experience analyzing complex infrastructure issues in large-scale on-premises and cloud environments
• Proficiency in observability and diagnostic data to perform root-cause analysis across distributed environments
• Experience in client-facing technology roles translating business needs into infrastructure requirements
• Ability to coordinate complex initiatives across business, product, engineering, operations, cyber, and risk stakeholders
