In this role you will manage a varied residential property caseload within a busy Bristol firm. You will work closely with a supportive team to handle sales, purchases, remortgages, new builds, and equity transfers, overseeing contracts and post-completion processes. Responsibilities
- Manage freehold/leasehold sales and purchases
- Handle remortgages and transfers of equity
- Assist with new builds and shared ownership transactions
- Draft/review contracts, title documents, and reports
- Coordinate completions and post-completion formalities
- Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors
- Support business development and maintain client relationships
Key requirements
- Qualified solicitor, legal executive, or licensed conveyancer
- 1+ years PQE or equivalent residential conveyancing experience
- Experience across a broad range of property transactions
- Ability to work independently and manage files efficiently
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Proactive, team-oriented attitude
