Land Manager – North West London – c55,000 plus package plus bonus

Overview

In this role you will drive land acquisitions for a busy housebuilder, focusing on identifying sites and guiding due diligence, appraisal, and bid development. You will join a pro-active Land team led by the Land Director, with scope to build a track record of successful land deals across North London and surrounding areas. The position centers on translating market opportunities into executed acquisitions that align with growth and project mix (80–400 units). This is an opportunity to advance in a structured, output-driven environment and develop a portfolio of landed sites.

Responsibilities

• identify potential land opportunities and assess suitability
• conduct due diligence and site appraisal
