Responsibilities

• Handle landlord and tenant matters and lease extensions/renewals
• Work on acquisitions and disposals of property assets
• Handle licenses and property finance work
• Support and contribute to the growth of the Property team
• Prioritise and manage workload to meet deadlines

Key requirements

• 1+ PQE in Commercial Property
• Solicitor or Legal Executive
