As a Business Rates Surveyor, you will help grow and shape our Business Rates service across the UK, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality advice to a prestigious client base. You’ll pursue new business opportunities while maintaining professional standards and staying current with rating knowledge. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality Business Rates advice to clients and act as a strong team member to achieve department goals
• Manage a sufficient volume of instructions to meet personal performance targets
• Maintain a high professional profile and proactively seek new business opportunities
• Ensure work complies with the firm’s high professional standards
• Keep rating knowledge up to date through ongoing learning, training courses and conferences

Key requirements

• 1+ years’ PQE in Rating (or equivalent)
• Recently Qualified MRICS and/or IRRV
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders
• Ability to contribute to business strategy discussions and support service line development
• Fully competent in professional surveying standards and capable of delivering high performance in a Partnership environment
