Database and Content Specialist – Asset Management

Overview

As part of NTAM’s global RFP function, you will manage and improve content and data across multiple consultant databases to support client and consultant relationships. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams across regions to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of firm and product information in platforms like eVestment, Omni Complete, and Qvidian. The role is global, requiring proactive stakeholder engagement and attention to detail to maintain a high‑quality RFP content library and responses. This is an opportunity to shape how NTAM presents its capabilities to sophisticated clients and partners on a worldwide scale.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and coordinate information for regular consultant database updates (eVestment, Omni Complete, and other platforms)
• Proactively liaise with SMEs to ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy of responses
• Assist content manager in maintaining the Qvidian RFP database and ensure consistency across submissions
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to keep firm‑level and product‑level information current across databases and RFP responses
• Maintain and enhance RFP content library by flagging outdated content and coordinating updates

Key requirements

• Bachelor degree in finance or economics (preferred)
• 1–3 years in financial services; asset management experience preferred
• Experience with RFP and consultant database platforms; direct experience with eVestment, Omni Complete, and Qvidian desirable
• Transferable experience with RFPIO, Loopio, DASSA/TI Diligence or similar systems
• Knowledge of equity and fixed income concepts
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, globally distributed environment
• Strong analytical, organizational, and quality‑control skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent time management and proactive communication with global stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams)
