IT Project Manager

Overview

In this role you will drive IT project delivery within our global framework. You will act as the main contact for assigned deliverables and changes, guiding projects through the IT lifecycle and coordinating with stakeholders, architects and project teams. You will ensure risks, timelines, and resources are tracked and that project plans align with department goals. The position combines hands-on project management with process improvements and cross-functional collaboration. This is a London-based, hybrid role with a strong focus on delivering technology solutions and transitioning projects to global support.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate project plans, schedules and resources
• Act as escalation point for project requests and technology solutions
• Record, own and manage project risks and decisions
• Create and maintain project documentation and status reports
• Align objectives with company/department goals and ensure clarity of requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and project team to define timelines
• Assist PMO to improve processes and visibility of project portfolio
• Deliver and install technology solutions and support design/development tasks
• Monitor scope, changes, and multiple projects concurrently
• Transition completed projects to global support teams

Key requirements

• 2+ years IT project management experience
• Experience with Kanban, Scrum and Waterfall
• PRINCE2 Foundation (required)
• AGILE experience (CSM desirable)
• ITIL or ITSM experience preferred
• Understanding of Waterfall, Agile, and PRINCE2 methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder communication and reporting skills
