Legal and Regulatory Change Management Associate

Overview

In this role you support the regulatory change management lifecycle for EMEA CCOR, helping to intake, triage, and track change events. You collaborate with compliance and operational risk stakeholders to maintain governance and audit-ready documentation. You contribute to dashboards, action tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline BAU processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely disposition, implementation tracking, and reporting. This position offers an opportunity to influence regulatory change programs within a global financial services leader.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end processing of legal and regulatory change events for EMEA CCOR, including intake, triage, routing, and closure tracking
• Coordinate regulatory change assessments with SMEs and stakeholders
• Draft and maintain disposition documentation aligned with firmwide standards
• Maintain inventories, dashboards, and trackers, monitor milestones and due dates, escalate risks as needed
• Support stakeholder communications with briefings, issue summaries, and follow-ups
• Assist with quality assurance activities to ensure outputs meet standards and provide audit trails
• Identify opportunities to streamline BAU processes and contribute to playbooks and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with technology/product teams to support tool enhancements and readiness activities
• Foster team culture through knowledge sharing and training support
