In this role you will join TLT’s Financial Services Disputes team in London or Manchester, handling a varied contentious caseload for key financial services clients. You will provide strategic, commercial legal advice and collaborate with colleagues across offices while supporting business development and client relationships. The position sits within a leading, deputy-led practice known for growth and cross-office teamwork. You will contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative culture and help shape the team’s impact in financial disputes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse contentious caseload for financial services clients
• Provide strategic and commercial legal advice on disputes and claims
• Participate in business development activities and nurture client relationships
• Collaborate with colleagues across nationwide offices and teams

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years PQE
• Experience in financial disputes, insurance, property or commercial litigation
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with ability to manage workloads and deadlines
• Commercial awareness and enthusiasm for business development
• Ability to understand client business needs
