Senior Financial Analyst, Operations Finance

Overview

In this role you help turn data into insight to support customer fulfilment and improve the customer experience. You will partner with Operations to provide up-to-date financial context for decisions and own meaningful analyses that influence outcomes. You’ll build models and reports to forecast, explain variances, and drive improvements in controllership and processes. This position offers exposure to senior partners and a chance to shape financial guidance in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Build reports and financial models to inform forecasting and strategic decisions
• Analyze performance drivers, identify root causes of variances, and propose actionable recommendations
• Own recurring financial and operational reporting with clear commentary to stakeholders
• Build relationships with business partners to influence decisions and challenge assumptions using data
• Lead or contribute to projects that scale processes and strengthen controllership
• Automate processes and simplify deliverables to reduce defects
• Communicate findings clearly to non-finance partners and senior leaders
• Develop and maintain tools, SOPs, and documentation, and support onboarding of colleagues

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Experience in tax, finance or related analytical field, or quantitative role
• Experience working with data to drive business decisions, advanced Excel
• Experience building/managing financial models for forecasting and problem solving
