Principal, Management Consulting

Overview

As Principal, you shape Digital Business Transformations in a multidisciplinary team. You’ll lead and mentor across strategy, consulting and technology partners to deliver high-impact client recommendations. You’ll drive growth of the Management Consulting practice, recruit, define ways of working, and guide junior consultants. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on delivery and client engagement, enabling clients to reach an digitally-enabled future.

Responsibilities

• Help build and lead the strategy consulting team—recruiting support, defining ways of working, and developing junior consultants
• Manage teams to deliver high-quality client recommendations
• Lead large teams to drive value-creating strategy and transformation initiatives as a senior team leader

Key requirements

• Strategy and/or Management Consulting experience within a global major consulting firm
• Experience with large-scale transformations in corporate strategy at global scale
• Strong ability to build senior client relationships and deliver high-impact work
• Excellent written, verbal, numerical, and presentation skills
• Proven consulting experience with C-level clients
• Strong problem solving and analytics capabilities
• Appreciation for Agile ways of working
• Interest and experience in using technology to strengthen business value
• Willingness to travel and work on client sites
