Overview

In this role you will own lift installation projects in London, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery. You will lead engineers, subcontractors and site teams while building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. You’ll tackle site challenges, support and develop your team, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities

• Manage lift installation projects from start to finish
• Coordinate engineers, subcontractors and site activities
• Monitor timelines, quality and costs
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Build relationships with customers and key stakeholders
• Identify and resolve site or project challenges
• Support and develop the project team
• Collaborate with internal teams for project success

Key requirements

• Experience in construction, engineering or project delivery
• Strong people and project management skills
• Good understanding of health & safety and site operations
• Confident in communicating with customers, contractors and internal teams
• Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
• Full UK driving licence
